TGIF lets just get right to this, shall we?
I am so happy that it's Friday! We have some pretty big plans this weekend and I can't wait to get to them! I will let you all know how they go back here on Monday. I will give you a hint for one of the things we are doing, it's a way to honor and remember my four angel babies, I have been trying to come up with something for them and I got a great idea from Courtney and am putting my own spin on it. This weekend also marks the Spring Forward movement. We didn't have an issue last year with the time change - but Ellie is a little older so I guess we will see how it goes. I'm really not too worried about it though if we can be honest. I don't quite see what all the hype is about, but I might have a different story come Monday. We shall see!
Speaking of my four angel babies, yesterday was the day we officially lost baby #2 in 2012. I still remember that day so vividly like it was yesterday. That sweet babe would be just over 2 years old and I wonder what he/she would have looked like, their character, and personality. I know that they are up in heaven and my Mom is watching over them and taking care of them until I get to meet them. God works in mysterious ways and has a plan for all of us. I am so grateful for our sweet darling Ellie and the joy she has brought to our lives. Adoption has really blessed us in so many more ways than we could have imagined. I still pray everyday for a miracle but know that it will happen when its God's plan for it to happen.
I posted about Ellie's visit to the dentist on Tuesday and I cannot believe the great feedback I have received from it. You can read it here in case you missed it. I am so impressed with how well she did and I am hoping that she will learn to love the dentist as much as I do, if only weekly visits were a real thing! ha
I also shared about our first couple of days in Disneyland. I miss it so much and wish we could go back tomorrow. I am seriously contemplating that we should go back again the same time next year! Ellie had a blast and now we watch Mickey Mouse Club house and she yells "aye doh, aye doh!!" which I think means "I know them, I know them!!" its so cute. I just love hearing her sweet little voice and the words she comes up with.
I have seen quite a bit of growth on this little blog of mine and I just love all of my readers whether you are a follower or not, or comment or not. I think that a get to know you post is called for and I am getting started on it to hopefully share with ya'll next week. I think its always nice to get to know the lady behind the blog!
Happy happy Friday to you and a great weekend too!!
